1. Description of Services

AriaBee provides an AI-powered operations workspace and CRM built specifically for medical tourism agencies. Our services enable agencies to manage patient leads, medical reports, logistics, travel itineraries, invoice flows, and WhatsApp-driven automation.

2. User Accounts & Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must comply with all applicable medical privacy and data protection regulations (such as KVKK, GDPR, or HIPAA) when uploading patient data or sharing patient details through WhatsApp integrations.
• You are solely responsible for obtaining necessary patient consents before using AriaBee to process their cases.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

AriaBee offers a subscription pricing model based on AI usage (tokens/credits) rather than seat licenses. Detailed plans and usage quotas are outlined during account configuration. Subscriptions are billed periodically, and payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.

4. WhatsApp Integration and Policies

Our platform coordinates communication through WhatsApp. You must adhere to Meta's WhatsApp Business Terms of Service and policies. AriaBee is not responsible for any modifications, suspensions, or terminations of your WhatsApp accounts by Meta.

5. Limitation of Liability

AriaBee is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or clinic partnerships resulting from your use of the platform.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey/Istanbul, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul.
